   UPDATE in reply to the owners reply: I was a client actually, so please don't brush off the review claiming i wasn't. As such, fully aware of the facts in the property purchased and i stand by everything i said below. Naturally you'll defend your team, why wouldn't you. ORIGINAL: Awful awful solicitors, Darshna calls herself a solicitor, but she’s far from it. Absolute jobsworth. Doesn’t even answer the phone when she knows she’s in the wrong and lets the poor receptionist have to deal with customers. As for the senior partner - yeah good luck, he’s never in! Avoid avoid avoid - you’ll take yourself in the long run.

   e cannot recommend Darshna Dodhia and her legal secretary, Jo Bray, highly enough. They went absolutely above and beyond for us during an extremely complex and time-sensitive sale and purchase. Darshna not only saved us a significant amount of money but also pulled off what we can only describe as a miracle to get everything through in time. They were not just outstanding legal professionals but also counsellors in the truest sense – offering guidance, reassurance, and calm at every stage when things became stressful. Both Darshna and Jo were an absolute dream team to work with – professional, proactive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. As a family, we couldn’t be more impressed or more grateful for everything they’ve done for us.

   Absolutely brilliant service from Darshna Dodia & Jo Bray. I was buying my first property (apartment) which came with many complexities around being a leasehold, maintenance fees, EWS1 etc. and some existing damages that needed to be accounted for prior to completion. They couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, efficient, and friendly. They made the process far less stressful than what I was expecting and in reality, they made it a breeze! I really believe they always had my best interests in mind and everything in hand from start to finish. When any disruptions came up, they dealt with urgently, efficiently and always called back when they said they would. I was even hit with sudden overspend fees from the property management company over 9 months after completion for a period where I didn’t even own the property, that should have been dealt with between the previous owners and the property management (property managements fault.) A quick call and a couple of emails to Darshna & Jo, and they worked hard to recover the fees successfully from the previous owners within days, and at no additional cost. Absolutely exceptional service. Every person I spoke to when contacting Frisby & Small was friendly, always passed messages on and ensured I got a call back when needed. Without a doubt, I 100% recommend Frisby & Small and will certainly be using their services in future. 10/10.

From the first phone call, she was extremely informative about the process and I was never made to feel that my many, many questions were stupid.
