   Honestly it’s pointless especially if you want to do Preforming Arts. You’d expect to learn all types of acting, all types of music, and dance. Yet that’s all it is, all musical theatre. You get taught the same thing through the time you stay there through all levels and learn the same thing on repeat. I recommend a different collage for PA that teaches all different genres that you need. Also if your someone who lives far and rely on a collage bus then don’t bother. There were days I had to be in for only an hour or literally 15 minutes one day at 11. I was stuck in collage from 9 to 4 as I had no other way home and would have been red flagged if I didn’t attend. Since moving collage it has been so much better and I’ve learnt so much more.

   I have been studying here for nearly 4 years and I will say personally that it's not worth studying here. I love my main tutor from this year however most tutors that I will not name have been very unprofessional, not trusting and sly. They say that they'll support you which ever path you will take however mentioning my drift in a career path one tutor has been very unprofessional, unsupportive and unhelpful. Saying I'll never make it. Which I think is appalling and a TUTOR!!! Should never say this to a student. I will not be finishing this course off due to this situation as it's made me many times this year to drop out.

   Review based on family experience; application submitted in April, online system still shows this, no emails or contact of any kind to say more needed to be done, or any contact about the application progressing. Appreciated it might be early so left it, still no contact this month, despite following up via their online message service. Advice is not to rely on their systems, clearly they need ringing to check applications have been recieved and followed up regularly. Not a good experience, wouldn't recommend.

   Staff are friendly but unfortunately my experience has been bad. I've been going to this college for a while and it has been great. But lately it has been terrible. Aspeshly people going to this college that have EMA payments and lots of students would agree. I've been marked absent for 2 mounths and I have been in and when I asked about my EMA payments they kept telling me to speak to different people and then saying I wasn't in. If I had not been in for 2 months I would have been kicked out so why haven't I. I will not be going to this college again.

   I attended the open house today at Pencoed campus of Brigend college. The staffs to start with Ms Debra, Mitchell, Forensic Science Tutor (sorry I missed the name) some students who was volunteering and the registration team all of them gave us such a warm welcome. The campus building is a nice structure equipped with modern lab and a good technician who is very friendly. Thanks team.

   Great teaching skills by people that have experienced working in the trade. Liam, Ian and Martin are great guys, teach you all the tricks of the trade when they know you want to learn. Marty was really accommodating, some of the students were timewasters and he could see that even after showing them the same simple things time after time. The man has so much patience. I'd recommend this college if you are willing to learn. If you are just there to mess around then don't waste everyone else's time. Don't upset the storeman either, he has a bad enough day as it is!
