   I'm really impressed by BWS Law, largely based on the support I've received from Georgia. She has guided and advised me on two major legal matters (with some background complexities) - my house move and preparing a will for me. The Loughborough office is well placed, run very efficiently with polite and welcoming staff. Georgia is responsive, communicates well (and frequently) and has the right blend of professional and personal support which is critical in most situations where legal advice is required. I would definitely recommend BWS Law without hesitation on the basis of my experiences this year.

   This is the third time of using BWS Law. (The first time being a personal house sale with Erica Brownen, and the reason for me recommending the firm to the local council I work for.) From beginning to end, for all 3 sales, the work has been outstanding. Their fees are very competitive and extremely transparent, customer service is second to none, communication and responses are always prompt. They do not slow the process up at all, unlike other solicitors I have come across. Special mentions to Nicola Stevenson - Associate Solicitor and Diane Hyde - Legal Secretary for their hard work!

   I recently instructed BWS Law to rescue a long-running registration issue on my property after my previous conveyancing firm had taken months and ultimately collapsed. From the outset, Peter Baker and his PA Michelle Green were excellent. They took the time to understand the history and moved things forward quickly and decisively. Michelle kept me updated at every stage, chased HM Land Registry proactively, and ensured key deadlines weren’t missed. Under very challenging circumstances, they managed to complete the Land Registry application and have it appear in the Land Register in under a month, which was a huge relief. Communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout, and I always felt the matter was being handled with care and attention to detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending BWS Law – and in particular Peter and Michelle – for any property or Land Registry work, especially if you need a firm that can step in and resolve a complicated situation efficiently and reliably. This firm is Loughborough’s best kept secret!

   I used Bird Wilford & Sale when me and my husband were purchasing our first home. Roy Rollings was our solicitor processing this. We found them to be incredibly efficient and quick at handling the matter. Every member of staff we spoke to were friendly and well mannered. All the way down to the receptionist and one of their secretaries called Linda. Prices were very reasonable especially for the service provided! Consider this my recommendation to use them!
