   I had been working with them for a personal injury claim and my experience with them was extremely unsatisfactory to say the least. They took two and half years to get back to me saying that they are not going to pursue my no win no fee claim because they think it has less than 50% chances of success. 30 MONTHS, during which I was chasing them with emails to check on the progress of my claim and question the merit of my claim based on their reluctance to push things forward and I was told every time that they working on it and their delay isn’t a reflection of their judgement that my claim doesn’t have a merit. The whole experience was unpleasant and affected me and my mental health severely. Finally, when I asked to get access to the documentation of my claim as they told me that they will be electronically stored and I can have access to them if I want in return for a reasonable charge. I was denied access to them and they said we are not working for you anymore you need to get in touch with the relevant institution to ask for whatever you want. Extremely disappointed.

   I recently used Kundert Solicitors for conveyancing and title deed work involving limited companies, following a recommendation — and I couldn't be happier with the service. I worked with Lilly, Beverley, and the main solicitor, Perminder, and they were all fantastic. Perminder, in particular, kept me informed at every stage of the process and explained everything in layman's terms, which made a potentially complex process much easier to understand. The team's professionalism, responsiveness, and support helped me get everything over the line smoothly. Highly recommended!

   Absolutely terrible service from Suki. Stay clear of this company. Almost caused a whole chain to collapse due to not reading emails for weeks. Sat on responses to enquiries for 3 weeks without reading the email. Ended up having to escalate to Practice Manger to progress as upward chain was threatening to pull out. Was able to exchange that day which means they held everything up for 3 weeks for no reason. Would not respond to emails or phone calls from other solicitors or estate agents. Stay clear of this company if you wish to move house.

   The pace at which they work can only be described as glacial we used them for a very simple conveyancing job. They never reply to any emails and never seem available when called. I will not use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
