Very poor service. We were told our ID1 and ID5 forms were sent on 14 November, but after more than two weeks nothing arrived. No tracking info, no follow-up, and our emails and calls went nowhere. We ended up having to use another solicitor because the delay was unacceptable. Completely unreliable based on our experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for an identity check on the 6th November - there and then on the video call with George Boyd Gibbons, and now he is ignoring my emails and phone calls regarding where my documents are. Both him & his "partner" refuse to respond and provide me with goods for paid services. They are not regulated, George regularly conducts his business from Thailand, and this whole company is not legitimate.
Booked to get my ID1 completed for a transfer to my ex partner of my share of the property. From booking I got send reminders, links what to do and it was effortless. Everything explained in detail. I had a zoom call with Gareth who is a lovely guy. Paperwork was then emailed for approval and payment made. Next day forms in the post. Highly recommended from me. Brilliant service.
Rudest customer service I’ve ever come across. Does not know how to do his job. Was so patronising for no reason, if you get one thing wrong he is talks aggressively. Knowing my grandma has stage 4 lung cancer and talked to her like dirt. It’s his job to answer questions if we’re unsure about something and instead he is extremely patronising and rude. Genuinely the rudest customer service I’ve come across.
George was very efficient. The tracked documents were received in a timely manner with all the instructions clear and simple. A good system for a reasonable price.

Required Land Registry ID1 and ID5 Verification for 3 of us. The id verification process was prompt and straightforward. Our zoom call was with George who was very helpful and professional. Would use again if we need to in the future.
I've booked my ID verification yesterday and had an appointment today. Very convenient and flexible way of getting it done. There were plenty of available slots. The process is quick and easy to follow. Doing it this way saves time and it is convenient. It is also a lot cheaper than visiting a solicitor in person. All in all very happy with the service and would highly recommend it.
Working school hours has proven difficult getting documents verified in solicitors offices. When given a week deadline to produce a verified document, panic set in and a search for an online service set in. George met with me via zoom the same day and just two days later I have a certified and emailed version in my possession and a further paper copy in the post. Couldn't have asked for more. Needed to provide an ID1 form for a property transfer. Contacted ID5 Verification Ltd and it could not have been easier. A 10 minute Zoom call provided all that was needed and the ID5 (that verified the ID1) was provided without any problems. Would certainly use them again!!
