Incompetent. Seems like a money hungry firm and have incompetent solicitors.
Very professional people, but not cheap. Sometimes, you have to spend money to get the right outcome. That applies to everything, including getting your car fixed!! You can see where the money goes before you even get to barristers. Worth it in my case. Sometimes you don't get a choice.
