   If I could score zero I would have, in my opinion this company is nothing more than a front for local councils (Central Bedfordshire) to get out of paying for damage to vehicles due to incompetence, neglect and poor maintenance of the highways, a 10 inch deep pothole measuring circa 90cm in diameter totally destroyed not only my tyre but also my alloy, I raised a claim on fixmystreet and discovered it had also been reported a number of times by other road users who had damaged caused, I filled in a claims form and was told it could take up to 13 weeks to get a response, this in itself is disgusting given I was driving around on a space saver limiting my distance and speed I could travel, after 10 weeks i chased my claim with the council and asked if i could make a complaint regarding the time frame, shortly after this Dolmans/ B4 legal emailed me basically saying Central Bedfordshire council were not liable and the cost of my new alloy and tyre, to add I returned to the pothole some 4 weeks later and it was still there unrepaired, absolutely shocking considering the level of tax and council tax a pay..... I do hope this company doesn't go bust!!!!!!

   They’re such good investigators! They told me a pothole, that I took a picture of and sent them, doesn’t exist. Before Dolman’s and B4 Legal, I never knew that tyres could self-implode. I learned so much from this group of intelligent and well-rounded individuals. What a company!

   I highly recommend using ANY other solicitors for conveyancing. Unless of course you are satisfied with using a firm whose staff send out one email every seven days and call it working hard, take regular holidays with no one else covering your case and don't tell you about several fees you're excepted to pay until THE DAY OF COMPLETION.

   Timewasters and not fit for purpose, middle man for most council claims in the UK. All ‘work from home’ and you are lucky if you get a reply within 4 months. Avoid like the plague.

   Had terrible dealings with Dolman's. The Highways Agency referred me to Dolman's as their legal representatives when I attempted to claim for damage to one of my alloy wheels, caused by a large pothole in the road. After initially conceding a breach of duty on the part of their client, they apparently reversed their decision on receiving a quote for repair of my wheel. STILL infuriates me every time I drive past that (now repaired) pothole! Regardless of the outcome of my case, I also felt I was dealt with in a discourteous manner, and was effectively called a liar. I'd leave no stars if I could, but that doesn't appear to be an option.
