Good service generally although latest booking was full of mistakes and confusing calls from drivers turned up on wrong day etc
Disgusting service! £40 for an mile round trip - 4 miles there and 4 back. Absolutely, disgraceful. Plus the driver was speeding through the park. They don’t use meters either. I’ll be contacting Trading Standards over this absolute rip off company.
I advise nobody to use this taxi service. I booked a taxi 3 hours in advance rang and asked where my taxi was. He said it was about 10 15 minutes away. Then swore at me when I was on the phone to him. Just use uber. Cheaper and easier than dealing with these.
A group of friends had this company booked weeks ago for a night out! Don’t use this company totally let us down and never showed up. This booking was confirmed 3 times prior to this date and company even called us to confirmed! Then never showed up totally shocking and unreliable. Don’t use

Absolutely shocking service! Booked a 8 seater taxi and it didn't turn up even though we confirmed by phone 3 times before hand. No office is ignoring our calls. Avoid at all cost!!!
Work arranged drop off and pick up at Birmingham Airport, after a great service being picked up at 2.30am was completely let down by the pick up, after 12 days away from home with work was looking forward to home, boarding the plane recieved a text to say call the driver when I had collected luggage, on arrival got another text saying another driver was collecting me, he called me to say he was just leaving Leicester!!!! Told him to forget it as it would be a minimum of 2 hours before I got home, ended up paying way more for a Birmingham Airport taxi to take me home, will not be using or recommending again!!
