First taxi was 45 minutes late and when he arrived parked 50 metres away as if he did not know where he was. Second driver on return journey was better. He arrived within 10 minutes and seemed interested in his job. Suffice to say the second driver got the tip.

So far only thing I can find fault with is timing. Difference between the time given as an estimated wait time differs wildly with actual arrival time. That being said the drivers have only ever been great. Always nice to see a smile and have a chat. Keep it up
Fantastic friendly taxi driver. Arrived early and found me in thick fog, texted arrival and called for directions. Lovely car and smooth drive to the airport. Video screen and mood lights in the car. Quite the luxury experience. Would highly recommend. He even nipped back for my sunglasses for me.
I use this Taxi as my way to get to college however, there has been numerous times where I have missed early lessons because they have failed to pick me up. I will book a taxi for 8 o’clock, and it would arrive 40 minutes later or not at all to the point where I have to cancel it. Reservations are made so that there is always a driver available for you, however they always come up with excuses as to why there isn’t a driver available. They should let drivers leave earlier if they know there was going to be traffic in the morning. I appreciate they do try their best. However, this is why I pay more money for my own convenience not to stress out when I have somewhere to be. Thus, I would not recommend booking this company if you have somewhere to be in the morning.
Iilfan norvsaka (driver 731)picked us up from heathrow airport to Leicester. He was amazing from the time he picked us up. Went out of his way to make us comfortable. Very friendly and engaged us in good conversation. Helped us with our luggage to the doorstep such a pleasant pleasant guy. Thank you so much Iilfan.
Not happy at all with the service today, my taxi was booked for 11.00 it turned up at 11.13. My sons doctors appointment was 11.15. I told the female driver that his appointment was in 2 minutes. She shouted at me and said do you want to go or not. We got to the appointment 7 minutes late and they refused to see him..
Driver was rude and very unprofessional. It was torrential rain and he pulled up several meters away from the hotel and didn't acknowledge us nor get out the taxi or beep us. I had to walk over to him, knock on the window and givemy name. He didn't get out the car to help with luggage in the pouring rain I had to ask him where I should put it. When we reached our destination I had to ask him how much it was, he didn't turn around just held out his hand backwards. No thanks nor goodbye. Never experienced anything like this.
Completely useless. Were unreliable before and even worse now. Now they’re on the Uber app as accepting rides and then providing no drivers. Rare for me to review taxi companies but these guys are an absolute joke.
