After paying up front in office taxi driver said we had not paid .scammers not to be trusted . Never use again and will get my money back in other ways. Scum of the earth.
After using this company to take me to Selby, in Yorkshire and back to Leicester with what should have been 30min wait to buy and sort a deal on a new car but didn’t turn out that way as dealership wasn’t ready with keys etc… Micheal our driver was so understanding, friendly, chatty and personable. The service we received of Micheal was one of the very best I’ve received in a taxi and is a credit to the company. He made us feel comfortable with stopping at services and chatting etc… with it being long distance,. which was great. I offered him more money to compensate for such experience and he wouldn’t take a penny - he was so genuine. Thanks for the trip Micheal and will be sure to use Circle and request Micheal for our journey again.
These guys were fab, from booking and getting confirmation texts, to the text saying they were on their way/arrived etc. REALLY top guy driving the taxi too.Felt safe throughout

Just got a taxi from Leicester to Coalville, the driver was falling asleep and swerving and weaving across the road. My mrs is distraught. Definitely will not be using this place again, we felt very unsafe. Driver of Volkswagen touran reg: EO17 AHJ
After a 30 minute wait yesterday the driver was incredibly rude had a suitcase in my hand told me to hurry up despite already being outside. Told him I needed to find a cash point . He proceeded to drive past them when I said to stop. I was terrified when we reached the destination he told me “ get out I need to pee contact head office for payment info” As a young vulnerable woman I was so confused . Wouldn’t recommend or ever use again. Took a photo of the car that picked me up
Fantastic service, on a busy Saturday evening, in stead of having to wait in the cold, they agreed to ring us when our taxi was ready, whilst we had a quick drink. Totally trustworthy, we left a backpack in the taxi, it was available for collection from their office the next morning, highly recommended.
