Fantastic Service and good value for money. used Topps for 8 years now and never had an issue. Cars are clean and the drivers are very helpful. Kerry is also very happy and helpful.
Appealing taxi company. £25 for 3 miles. I will never use this company again. Make sure you ask for a price before hand. Daylight robbery. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely appalling. Booked an airport transfer... We usually go with topps and pay the premium for a nice Mercedes to come and get us and have a nice start to our holiday experience. The day before we were to be collected we got a phone call to rearrange for an hour earlier so we would be hanging around for 4 hours before our flight! We wouldn't mind but we booked well in advance. After refusing to accept the time change... this morning when we were expecting our nice cab to turn up we have a Vauxhall old school taxi that had been outsourced. Now had this been a cheap company absolutely fine.... but when we are paying 80 quid for a nice taxi... We expect a nice taxi. The gentleman driving was nice enough but he was chilling in his shorts and sandals. Everyone we had previously was smart in their shirts etc. They don't give a s**t about their customers, the plans made, or repercussions of their actions. They care about money and a easy job. Been using them for about 4 years, never ever again.
I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. They asked my to payed before the taxi come and I payed 60 POUNDS(!!!!) and they told me my taxi will be there at 11:25, was 11:32 and there was no taxi so i took another one I've called them to get my money back and they said that can't do that because the lady (the taxi driver) was there ,but she wasn't. And after they told me the best they can do is 50% and I keep asking for a full refund and they told me almost with a rising voice "do you want 50% or nothing"?
I wouldn't say 'simply the best' as you are open to criticism!...the only option in the Syston area is Topps, sometimes late, sometimes on time, sometimes the driver is grumpy, sometimes he isn't. Not the cheapest, and not the most modern..you don't get call back or text back..Topps is average, so may be Topps 'Simply Average and dependable, like an old pair of slippers' would be more apt!.
Simply the best- its true what they say Topps is "simply the best" a fantastic service very reasonable pricing, The driver i had was amazing and made the journey go even smoother than expected I almost didn't want to get out when we reached my destination this company are miles above the rest, after having a string of bad experiences with other companies Topps are a welcome change to the traditional poor reputation of taxis I now use Topps regularly and I challenge anyone to find a company better !!
