   I am currently a new customer so although its still early days so far , I do find them quite reliable and on time, and the drivers that I have had for pick up and drop off have been very polite and respectful. So I do Recommend customers to book with this firm. Very Good. Thankyou.

   Ordered taxi - told on its way. Waited outside 15 mins in rain, called told 10 mins . Never turned up so after over 25 mins in rain called again to be told original driver ot diverted" they Tring find another one. Cannot give me a time. Told them don't bother. Disgraceful

   What kind of a rank is this? Cant give me a price for an airport journey? Operator says....he needs to check with a driver to get a price for gatwick airport? What kind of rubbish is that? Clearly a new operator running who has no clue. Id give this zero stars if I could.

   Rubbish service unprofessional driver!!! Pick me up from wrong pick up point n had the nerve to charge me then dropped me off half way and spoke unprofessionally to the company trying to rip me off. "Beware they charge u £5 per mile then £1 for any extra miles you take" and "customers always conplain about price" drivers words were exactly this. Digusting customer service! Fj63 bdu. Avoid that taxi driver

   Disgraceful. Complaining on behalf of four individual people. I walk into the taxi rank that little building in the middle of the road. A lady was in front of me and she waited patiently, we all started looking at each other wondering why the guy in reception was completely ignoring everyone. He was so rude! The lady had to ask if it was ok to speak! He never even looked up or acknowledged her. The people were shocked how ignorant he was. I then tried to order a taxi for an inured girl and again not looking up he said no, I said look she is not drunk, not bleeding but does need to get to a and e, he still did not want to know. Finally I managed to get the lady to hospital but he spoke to her like dirt. After work I had a taxi and left my phone in a cab. I rang and a passenger answered and said, "we are just around the corner, we will bring it back now". But the driver said no.The girls pleaded with him but to no avail. I waited an hour and a half and he dropped my phone back, I was so thankful, but the evil man held it in his hand and said your not having it unless you give me money, I said I have no cash left now in the house and you were passing here anyway I had to wait till you were close by. He refused to give it back, I was in tears now because it had my mums pictures on it and he was saying he'd drive off. I said I'd drop money off, I'd pay but he wanted cash there and then or he was taking it away, is that not stealing? I should have rang the police. What a disgraceful, cold hearted, cruel and greedy old man.I managed to scrape a tenner together and he left leaving me in a terrible state I rang and complained and all I got was a typical response, who then made a compliant about me lol. For a company who lost their contract with the council because of some of their staff behaviours, bad language and taking school kids to McDonalds behind parents back I'm shocked anyone still uses them and more shocked they allow staff like this. I will no more be sending customers their way. They deserve to be treated with respect.

   Disgusting company, worst I’ve ever taken anywhere. I booked a trip with this company to a different town. They quoted a price to me and sent a driver. Halfway into the trip the driver says this is too far for him and he’s not making any profit so I should either get out or pay him 15 quid more. I called the company and told them the situation and they said i will even be charged to get dropped back to my original pick up point. Don’t ever book

   Awful won't be using them again! I waiting over 20 mins outside the firm it comes finally the drive home was fine, they dropped me off with my pushchair and bags and as I get in and put my son in I realised my fags and couple of bits weren't in there so I ring up within 5 mins of taxi leaving they tell me they will look when it's back which is in five minutes and will let me know 15 mins later still nothing so I ring they say on next job so will look when back I then ring back and there answer is the other customer just have saw them and picked them up! Well sorry that's not bloody good enough I rang straight the way it should of been checked when I rang not having to wait then be told it's the next customers fault! I'm angry! Will never use these again! Never had a problem with a taxi company!!
