Novacab is a fantastic service. Myself and a number of friends used Dave over three days for a wedding just outside Loughborough. Dave was extremely accommodating and friendly and made the experience of moving multiple groups to and from the wedding a complete breeze. We would highly recommend.
Have used Dave a few times for various journeys around the area, So much I could say, and never once been let down. He is such a lovely guy and goes above and beyond to deliver the best service for his customers. I am on the Autism spectrum and he always makes reasonable adjustments to ensure I am comfortable and arrive safely, the journeys are comfortable and he is very easy to talk to and have a laugh with. We were visiting UK for a wedding near Loughborough. I had an email conversation with Dave to setup the ride from the wedding location at end of evening to our B&B. Dave indicated they were familiar with both locations and gave me a very reasonable fixed price. Our ride turned up, at the agreed time, and provided excellent service, very helpful and polite. Had an appointment at LRI. Shipon not only took me to the hospital he escorted me to the clinic I needed to be at. He said to call him when I’d finished, stay at the clinic and he’d meet me to pick up for home. This is beyond going the extra mile !!! My own son could not have looked after me better.
