My R.T.A was delt with by Chris Lewis,who done his best,but due to the other sides dogmatic attitude,this process went on a bit longer than it should have,overall , satisfied with the outcome,even though it was under the estimate, but going to court was a massive risk,so,happy with Chris,not happy at all with the system,plus,i also think that 25% taken from your damages is way too much

Poor. The standard line « will get back to you in due course » demonstrated their insensitivity towards my sense of urgency and worry. After two weeks of no action I dropped them.
