   Better to avoid Take me APP and ADT taxi till they improve. I booked airport pick up one week in advance through recommended APP TakeMe. This was confirmed immediately. Upon arrival nobody came. When I opened the APP it was looking for the driver, which never worked. I phoned the phone number and they said this was assigned to Birmingham without my permission. After about 1 hour of wait in bad weather I cancelled the booking, removed the APP and made another arrangement. PLEASE AVOID THIS SYSTEM FOR NOW.

   Positive experience with this company this morning taking my son to school. Automated voice booking ,straightforward, no fuss, driver arrived earlier than expected which was fine . Driver was pleasant and polite. I will definitely use again

   Shocking service. Do not recommend. Booked night b4. After ringing twice to find out where taxi was, driver was 55 mins late. No updates or anything. Was late to a meeting despite leaving an hour early for a 20 min drive. Had the nerve to ask directions. Will NOT use again. Cowboys. Using a new name will not improve shocking service.

   Really upset with my experience. Taxi turned up 30 minutes late. No apology. Once we got in the taxi we were told it would be £15 more than the agreed price . If we didn't agree to pay the extra we were told we would be taken back to the original destination. Called office and was told sorry it is what it is! Will never use this service again. Absolutely disgusted to be held at ransom like this.

   Good office staff but poor driver (silver Toyota). Tried to blame office staff for "wrong" fee then asked many questions such as "are you friends with the owner" when realistically, the driver just wanted more money. Sort this out please.

   This used to be a very good local company. But since it got taken over by ADT it’s seriously become bad. I don’t see my local drivers anymore and the new ones don’t know how to drive, how to charge, how to help or how to navigate. When I called up I’m sure I was talking to someone in Pakistan. Destroying a good local company had no benefit for the customers at all.
