   I used this taxi firm for the first time on Monday and Tuesday for my daughter to get to a training course (which would be very awkward on a bus). It was really straight forward. I telephoned them to see if they would be available for my chosen days/times and all was good. An hour or so later you get a text to confirm the booking along with the price etc. On the day you get another text to let you know that’s he’s on the way and another when he’s there. Both days he arrived 5-10 minutes early which was good. Highly recommended to all.

   I was taken to East Midlands Airport 10 days ago. The driver was extremely helpful loading my luggage and a stroller. He arrived on time and was extremely courteous. Today he brought me home to Oadby with the same first class service even carrying all the luggage to the door. I would not hesitate to recommend this taxi company. o recommend their first class taxi company

   I booked a taxi with these to be called in the morning of my booking that the driver may be late cos of roadworks in the area, tbh there was no roadworks, I then tried to call 4x and eventually they answered to be told he will call me back and see where my taxi was at, no call back and 30mins later still no show of taxi.. instead I had to get a lift with someone I knew to get to work.. as these made me late, for work no answer again 3x they answered to be hung up on as I told them I wasn't happy and I think waiting 30mins for my taxi I booked for a certain time was taking the mick.. I find them rude .. will never use again these have lost my custome now!!
