   I’ve just completed on my house purchase and could not be happier with the service from Davisons Law Solihull. As a first-time buyer who had been scarred by previous sales that fell through, enlisting the help of Gemma, Sally and Harpreet was the best decision I made. Gemma, Sally and Harpreet were genuinely best in class – proactive, thorough and always on top of everything. They chased all the necessary parties, kept me updated at every stage and answered all my questions quickly. They were also incredibly accommodating with my preference for email communication due to my work schedule, which made the whole process far easier.    First class service by Davisons Law selling my property and purchasing my new property. When I rang the office, the phone was answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble answering my queries. The regular emails, call backs, advice, transfer of funds etc were all carried out efficiently and on time. Despite me living 120 miles away from Davisons Law office and never meeting anyone in person (I never needed to) everything was carried out smoothly via phone calls and email. Registered post was required twice to send property information details and land registry documents etc. I’d highly recommend Davisons Law if you are thinking about buying or selling a property.

   I was referred to Davisons by my estate agents when completing my house sale. The team (Kerry, Hayley and Lynn) were a pleasure to deal with. They kept in regular email correspondence, promptly responding to my queries when they arose and dealing with specific queries by telephone when necessary. All instructions were clear and professional. My original house sale was aborted in the final stages before I sold to my actual buyer. This was a frustrating period to navigate made easier by the team. The admin to deal with these costs were seamless, as well as through the rest of the process. The fees were competitively priced and better than other legal firms. I will be using Davisons on my upcoming house purchase and will be my first choice on future legal matters.    I have just completed today on both sale and purchase, Kerry and her team at Davisons Law have been fantastic. They worked on my purchase of the same property I've now sold back in 2017 and they are just as good now as they were then, no question who I'll be coming back to in the future if needed. The whole team were great start to finish. Jeremy was great getting everything ready to handover to the conveyancing team. Hayley and Lynn were wonderful even when Kerry was on holiday everything kept ticking over in her absence ready to exchange. I am someone who asks a LOT of questions and their patience and efficiency at replying was exceptional.
