   When I went to Court with Venetia for a Non Molestation Order, she made me feel at ease and it was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders that he could not come near me. She was very friendly and brilliant Stacey helped me with my change of name deed and assisted me with my divorce application as I didn't know where to start with it. She was very friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. They both made me feel like a person and not just a number. The receptionist Deborah was very friendly and welcoming. I would have no problem recommending Willsons Solicitors

   Sarah Edgington and Team were Excellent! We recently purchased our first home with Sarah Edgington and the entire process was easy and smooth from start to finish. Sarah was always on hand to explain the process to us and made the entire buying process stress free for us, with her clear and concise advice. Emma, Leigh and Deb were also brilliant with us, helping at every stage when Sarah wasn’t available. I would 100% recommend Sarah and her Team to anyone buying a house!

   We have got to know Willsons Solicitors well during 2025, especially since Stephanie Napier has been in the team. What a wonderful business, with a team of staff that really do care about what they do and the people they work with. Willsons Solicitors are keen to give back to charities and the local community with their cake and coffee mornings and by sponsoring the women in business conference in June this year. A great way to support those around them by fundraising and to inspire other local women in business. We would not hesitate to give this 5 star review. Highly recommended.

   I am very pleased with their services. Due to my busy schedule, I was apprehensive there would be delays. However, the team were extremely proficient, professional and systematic. They were always available when I needed them. Peter Tustain did a remarkable job and the team ensured I was able to finalise and purchase my home within the allocated time I had to do so. Their value for money based on their professionalism is a big plus. I would definitely recommend.

   I wish I had read these comments before being recommended to use this company - absolutely hands down the worst experience of selling a house - turn around time on communication was approximately two weeks each time to respond to an email. Lack of update information was non existent - our real estate agent called our buyers solicitor in the end for an update. Not recommended and customer service as many others have called out is non-existent.

   0 stars…Dealing with Wilson’s solicitors is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The level of frustration is hard to put into words. The lack of communication and the arrogance are next level. I had to call every day, multiple times a day just for a simple yes or no answer. No manners, no interest in their work, rude and always acting as if I was bothering them. Never in the office, always on lunch and generally just not interested! Avoid at all costs. I considered pulling out of my purchase many times just because of them….I have still not had a completion date and I am not sure I ever will at this point. So disappointed…

   Do not use this company if you want to sell or buy a house. Customer service is non-existent. I have never come across a company that literally do not take pride in what they do. Customer service is ZERO. I truly question their qualifications and professionalism. They have failed several times to respond to our buyers, Estate Agents and our Solicitors. It is unbelievable that a service provider being paid a huge amount of money can behave this way. Ignoring a customer is unprofessional and this is what they are good at. Even 1 star is NOT worth giving them
