   Claire’s taxis provided myself and my partner a wonderful service today! After our train journey was cancelled during a changeover, we were left in Melton Mowbray without any way of reaching our final destination. I had rung around to try and find a service who would be able to take us but when availability wasn’t an option, I was sign posted to Claire’s taxis to try. Once I had told Claire of our circumstances, she checked with colleagues to see if they were available to fulfil the jobs she had booked so she could take us on the rest of our journey which luckily they could. We had a very tight deadline to reach our destination which Claire was aware of and took the time to ensure we traveled safely, efficiently but with time and thought into our personal circumstances. We truly felt Claire went above and beyond for us today and we can’t thank her enough. Being unfamiliar of Melton Mowbray as a place it isn’t hard to appreciate we don’t have trust in any known taxi firms. However, should we ever venture this way again, without a doubt Claire’s taxis would be the go to service. Claire was friendly, comical and made our journey feel less like we were paying for a service and more of a comfortable and enjoyable journey. Thank you so much Claire, your kindness and selflessness today will never be forgotten ❤️
