    Absolutely useless. Waited and waited for someone to call back from Conveyancing dept. Rang three times to be given various excuses why no one could speak to me, each time with a promise of a ring back. Waited for 3 whole weeks for a response and nearly lost a buyer. Would not recommend on my last experience.
