Paid freaking£160 not satisfied with the service , it took almost 3 months to reach the parcel to Pakistan , agents couldn’t provide the right information.
Bought some items via Apex which were then airfreighted duty paid to us in Malawi. Service was excellent and fast. Items received in Malawi within 10 days! I highly recommend Apex and will definitely use them again soon.
The guys at Apex Cargo crated up a part that absolutely could not get damaged for us. After 20 minutes, I finally was able to get through the packaging to the part. That said, I’m pretty sure it would have made it through a natural disaster unscathed, and I could not recommend them more.
Great service provided by Yaqub to help us ship our first shipment from the UK to the USA and Canada since recently taking over a business. Great communication throughout the process and we had no issues with our shipments being delivered. Would recommend!

I phoned Apex to get a quote to send two barrels l, I spoke to Mary who gave me a quote that I was very happy with. Mary’s customer service was 5 star throughout she kept me updated with when the barrels was being collected an also leaving the warehouse. The driver who collected the barrels so polite. I will definitely be referring Apex to family and friends.
It was my first time using Apex Cargo and I had the best experience their staff are friendly and helpful and they provide the best services. They sent me pictures of all the items I bought and I received my package in 8 days intact and without any damages. I was also given the privilege to pay for package on delivery. Absolutely blown away... I manage (as a volunteer) a charity called MalawiFosterCare - we foster orphaned boys in Lilongwe. When I contacted Apex Cargo regarding getting a shipment of goods sent out, they made the entire process from door to door effortless and incredibly cost-effective. Even more impressive - when the company discovered the shipment was for a charity - the staff team got together and added 18kg of brand new boys clothes themselves - at no extra cost to the charity - such incredible generosity and kindness! Every item arrived in Malawi safely - the agent in Malawi then got the package to one of our foster care homes on the same day. We currently have 20 boys in our foster care homes and they are beaming with their new clothes and other gifts. As a company they exceeded above and beyond any expectation I could ever have had.
