Abysmal. Confirm they will pick up your parcel, don't do, ask again, and the whole thing starts again. This has happened on two separate occasions. They've let me down and in return I've had to let my customers down. Avoid DK and GTA, learnt my lesson and I will pay the extra for a proper transport service.
