Always had a great experience when dealing with PET. Recommended if you want a honest reliable service whether a pallet or full load. Easy to deal with which is always a winner.
I wasn’t going to be in on the day when delivery scheduled so they let me collect my thing. Very nice chap brought it out for me and put it in my car for me. Great service thank you
My son ordered a double vanity unit from Victoria plumbing and this company was paid to deliver it on a certain date but they didn't bring it to their hub until late and then I had to phone them when they didn't arrive. Then they couldn't deliver it on the date I asked for. I ended up picking it up myself from their hub in my car. My Son only received a 3rd of the delivery money back. It would have been cheaper for me to pick it up myself. I will ask next time who is delivering my parcel and pay another firm to deliver it on time.
Poor service with very few updates to let you know what's going on. Waiting for a Next Day delivery which I paid £45 for and still waiting 48hrs later... ring them and there's no answer.
Despicable customer service - rude not helpful in the office at all. Told rudely to move my car out of the visitors parking, threatened that if I don’t remove my car that I was collecting the items in that they would send my pallet back to the place of order - how lovely! This happened because the original next day delivery service I had paid for was delayed to the truck breaking down - they then wanted me to pay and additional £25 and could not give me a date which again was extremely unhelpful - I decided to come and pick up then items they told me to let them know a time both of which I did and yet was greeted and in the above way - everyone was on lunch and apparently that causes the business to come a complete stand still. They could have advised me of this also.
