   The worst service ever. I sent a parcel on August 13 2025, and the parcel reached to India on September 06 2025 with damaged. And he charged me£100 for 15kgs. And he didn’t wrap well. When I ask him about damage he abused me very badly. He uses bad words in Gujarati language. This is the world’s worst parcel service I have ever seen.

   Horrible service, it’s been 60 days now, and my parcel has not been delivered yet. No form of communication no reply they do not even answer the calls or update on the tracking. I had booked with Mr.Dev, who never replies or answer calls, horrible customer service.

   New update - looks like no one is willing to accept responsibility. This has to be the worst consumer experince i have ever had. Hope they will atleast refund me of my missing parcel if they have even a little credibility left. Cannot get any worse. So far its been a month and it has not been delibered. Will update the post once delivered. Not recommended. Another update- was told abou the issues they are having with the indian courier service. Have spoken to them and they said that they have not received the parcel. It has to be the worst experience i had ever had. Appalling!!

   We had such a great experience with UPX. Received confirmation pictures of everything, they responded to all our queries promptly and the delivery was quick (within 10 days of getting the invoice). Definitely recommend them.

   Great customer service, Great customer care, very professional and trust worthy. I've been using UPX UK Ltd for years now, they keep getting better, I receive my items on time delivered straight to my home, I highly recommend them to anyone trying to ship items from UK to Tanzania. They're simply the best.

   Repeat offender..This is a fraud company setup with different names every few months..sent parcel last year with a different name and parcel reached India with costly items missing..no money refunded nor insurance money given as it was mentioned at the time of sending the parcel...don't use as this guy, never responds when things go wrong..which now I believe happens frequently as items are deliberately stolen.. Adding more as could not respond to a comment: The positive reviews are from your own people. And as you won't respond to any calls or messages you would like to think the customer is all happy to loose parcelled items.

   Excellent service by the staff, Chand(could be wrong, apologies) . Never tried to sell unncessarly.Gave a WOW moment all the time. kept me well informed of all the movements of the parcel activities. Used my name. Always polite. Would recommend this parcel company to all. Price equally fair, too. The pick up was well arranged. Good luck good customer service by the staff. Excellent training given by the company.
