   Alex Small and his assistant Elisa Bortos have been extremely helpful in our house moving process. They are both friendly, very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions that we had. For anyone who is looking to move house in West Midlands area I simply cannot recommend them enough!

   Absolutely abysmal service!!! No reply to emails or phone calls. After spending nearly £4k they told me that they would not represent me. Despite them having been informed of my new address, they sent correspondence informing me of this to my former home where my estranged wife still lives!! Talk about adding flame to the fire!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

   Blatantly only in it for the money. Says that they are all for the family but make up lies with there client to stop a father seeing his child. No morals at all. Edit. They failed as they got found out to be liars and stopped a good, caring father from seeing his son for 3 1/2 years. I now have shared care

   I phoned up originally and spoke with a lovely lady called Di who said they would help me with me case and asked me to send over evidence. I heard nothing back and have been trying to get in contact for 3 months now with no reply. I have emailed and phoned with no response and at first I was patient because of the global pandemic but on Google they are showing as open and on the voicemail there is no mention of service issues. I have given up making contact as it seems as though they are not able to send a simple email or pick up the phone. Would not reccomend, take your business elsewhere.

   I've never met a man in a trade such as this that is so lacking in effort and understanding... we had to take it upon ourselves to come to a deal, utterly useless. Avoid at all cost, you would probably get further representing yourself.
