We chose bri to have our baby boy and we definitely made the right choice. Labour room was a bit cold because of ac was on apart from that couldn’t fault anything or anyone. Mac staff was very good and so was the Labour staff. Unfortunately my son got a little ill was transferred to neonatal care for a few days until he got better. Staff in there were amazing big shout out to zoe, sneha and aneesa and the doctors for looking after my son . Keep up the good work thank you for your support

I accompanied my daughter and her partner on the labour ward, we were all in agreement that the staff were excellent very friendly and efficient. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable if you needed anything. We are all grateful to the midwife Umrana she really helped my daughter through a difficult time at the end of the birth she was excellent guiding my daughter through everything and encouraging her to keep going we couldn't have wished for a better experience.

⭐ 1 Star The person who answered our call was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is our first child, so naturally we had questions and reached out to the midwife for guidance. Instead of support, we were met with a dismissive tone. She shouted, “When did you have your first period?” and went on to say, “You’re only three weeks anyway, you won’t get an appointment until October.” For such an important and sensitive time, the lack of compassion and basic courtesy was shocking. We are changing GP immediately,no expectant parent should have to deal with this kind of rude and unprovoked behaviour.

First and foremost, I thank Almighty Allah, as today we were blessed with the birth of our first baby girl. I’m truly grateful to Umrana Ghaffar (midwife) for her exceptional care. She was not only highly professional but also incredibly kind, treating my wife like her own sister. Her support throughout the process was outstanding. I’d also like to sincerely thank Joy Patterson for her valuable help and encouragement. Overall, our experience in the labour ward was excellent, and we are deeply appreciative of the care we received.

Level 4. Ward m3 Worst ever receptionist ( Elizabeth) come across. Twice I met this arrogant human being..both times I had nothing but issues with her. 2 ppl per bed is the policy. Yet when me and family member wanted to go in..she refused. But let another couple in who also came to visit. When I questioned her she starts to get over protective and refused to answer my questions. Claims im being violant. The nurse in charge (hanna)is no better. I explained what had happened and threatened to get me removed if we have further issues. How about sort your receptionist out first and not have a go at the public who pay both your wages. Both a pair of horrible vile human beings who should not be In charge

If you want to have a healthy safe labour avoid this hospital at all cost. Lack of management, no one care about the mom or the baby health. Doctors, consultants, midwives are careless. ❌❌ avoid this horrible hospital at all costs❌❌

Cannot recommend Bradford Maternity Services enough!!!! Had both of my children in BRI hospital, (first born was at the Labour ward in 2020 and second born at the Birth Centre in 2022). Both experiences were so different however I was looked after so well each time . I had a really positive water birth experience at the birth centre and I cannot recommend this enough. The midwives Vicky and Emily were so encouraging and support to myself and my husband that our daughter was born so quickly! Thank you so much for everything that you do, I know with the current situation, things always don't go to plan but the bradford midwives are always there to support and guide our pregnancy in the best way they can. They are always making sure we have everything that we need and most importantly making sure I was comfortable during my labour. Forever grateful to you all staff members who work day and night! Thank you also for the Willow team for great advice on each antenatal appointments! You deserve the world xx

I had my baby here. All the nurses were exceptionally lovely and the midwife Anna was an amazing person. She attended to my every need. Made sure I was always comfortable. Also came to visit me once I was on the ward with the baby. Can't wait for my next!!
