   DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. We had a 3am taxi booked to take us to Luton Airport, time was confirmed by text the day before but the taxi never came…nobody answered the phone when we phoned continually for 20 minutes before having to take the decision to drive ourselves (2 cars) or risk missing our flight and the cruise ship we were boarding in Barcelona. We then had to book very expensive parking on the way- most stressful start to a holiday ever all because A2Z are completely useless. Luckily we made our flight otherwise this totally incompetent firm would have been liable to cover the entire cost of a missed holiday for 6 people. When following up with them they seem oblivious to the distress their inability to provide the service they are supposed to provided had caused. SHOCKING!

   I gave notice to request a taxi quote late at night. It was confirmed by text message. When I arrived at the pick-up point I had no message to say on their way or details of car. I called but no answer. I was a woman on my own … disgraceful. I was lucky to get another car from another firm. Not looking after the well being of your clients is a serious issue.

   No car recently so full week shopping is not being carried out for bus trips home! Pick up from Asda carpark on 2 separate weekly shopping trips and takes minutes to arrive after calling them, prices are usually around the same as other local taxes

   I've rang four times in the last 30mins waiting over 10mins to get through to then every time you put the phone down! I re try and again still waiting 10mins for the phone to be put down.. fuming!!!!

   I no longer recommend this company, all of my journeys over the past week have been late, and today I was 10 minutes late to work because the driver showed up 15 minutes late. When I got in the car and showed distress at the situation, instead of understanding and offering some compensation or reassurance like other public services, the driver decided instead to lecture me about how taxis work and charged me full price for a journey that was both late, and extremely uncomfortable. I don't think anyone likes to be lectured when they aren't satisfied with their service.

   Honestly every time you ring they are never available for next 20 minutes that fine don’t mind waiting longer but when you call a bit later then normal explain you have your children and they leave you waiting 30 minutes after the time they give you! Is a absolute joke. To then call up ask where your taxi is and for the man to say taxi was sat for 20 minutes outside is a fool response. I had no message or anything and was always going outside to see where it was. Just rude and so badly run! Will not be using again
