Absolutely despicable, half way between dadlington and stoke golding; :duck bend:. It's not on Google have to tell the driver something. Any driver will know it, have no problem with other taxis and have 4 trips planned. Absolutely disgusting booking service.

I have booked them a few times to collect me at Birmingham Airport and every time it has been a drama to meet the drive. I am normally about 20 minutes waiting on them. Won’t be using them again

Can’t rate A1 highly enough. Very prompt and such lovely drivers. I didn’t know how long my appointment would be, but they collected me really quickly for my homeward journey. Kept me updated on arrival and collection times and all in all the service was absolutely A1. Brilliant.

Booked 3 journeys for our wedding. The first trip which took me & my fiance to our venue turned up in plenty of time & the driver was great. The second trip was for our daughters/bridesmaids & witness-DIDN'T TURN UP!! We had last minute panic as a family member left the venue to get them. This meant that we were all under a lot of stress & our wedding was late starting. Fortunately, the registrars waited. The third trip was to take us from our reception to our hotel for the night. DIDN'T TURN UP AGAIN!!! So, again, a family member had to step in to transport us. They let us down badly. Will not use them again & certainly do not recommend them!

Called up multiple times to confirm that the cars being sent to me for my trips were compatible with isofix car seats. Was assured that they would be each time. The trips are for getting my daughters to and from school. On arrival for the first trip, the driver explained he wasn’t even told about the car seats and it was just lucky he had the fixings. So advised me to call up to check for the three other trips I had booked. So I did this, was assured all would be sorted for us. Booked for 2:45PM, taxi turns up at 2:55PM and cannot get either one of my two car seats in the car as yet again the taxi driver has not been informed by the office. After the driver had called up to request a new car to be sent they told him they don’t even know what isofix is, so why wasn’t I asked when calling the office multiple times? I had explained it to the best of my ability and not once did anyone question my meaning. By then it has been 10 minutes, then was told it would be 10-15 minutes for a new car. This car then turned up 30 minutes later and the driver came out and said he doesn’t even know if he has the fixings. Luckily he did. This all meant I was 1 hour late picking my daughter up from school. I can’t even tell you how awful it made me feel being so helpless and not being able to get to my daughter as I had a 3 year old with me to consider as well. Considering this is a taxi company who deals with cars, and not being able to provide safe cars to drive young children I have to say I will never ever be using this taxi company again. Not just that but I was quoted £24 per trip for this and the first trip I was charged £28 and the second I was charged £26. I explained it was a drop and wait on the call too so I am upset to be charged more on top on an abysmal service. The taxi drivers themselves were kind so I am in no way slating them as people but the whole thing needs sorting out so this does not happen to anyone ever again.

These services are laughter in the room. An elderly war veteran called a taxi today from my phone. Was told to wait 45 minutes. It was 3pm. At 4pm I get a text message that the taxi will be delayed. After calling the company, I was assured that the taxi would be in 5 minutes. I received a message that the taxi is already here after a while, unfortunately, but this order is canceled. This is not the case with the customer - zero respect.

Booked a taxi early in the day, specifying it must be on time as it was for a dinner reservation and was reassured it would be. Waited 15 minutes and then arranged another taxi who were reliable. 25 minutes later I get a get a text to say my taxi had arrived despite me cancelling it! No apologies no explanation...I won't use them again...totally unreliable!!
