We primarily dealt with the Bridgend branch, I honestly have to say they were amazing, extremely patient and answered all the questions we had, we worked with the team though other failed attempts at purchasing a property and again, very patient. Carey bridges is an embarrassment to your company, took on my case despite a clear conflict of interest and put me through a guilty charge for something I did in a mental health episode (before and after begging for hospital to help me) due to her lack of confidence as a lawyer. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE This isn't a one off for her either I coincidentally overheard a mum who's son was being treated in the exact same way despite having proof of hospitalisation and psychosis and parents support?!. Carey had briefly scanned over our cases 20 minutes prior to our court appearances. Miss bridges has shown a terrifying level of incompetence and laziness, I strongly suggest avoiding this firm as if your life depends on it because they've happily removed the possibility of a future for myself.
I would highly recommend CJCH solicitors and in particular Victoria Minor, she was outstanding throughout the sale of my home. Victoria was professional, helpful and very thorough. Her knowledge and expertise show and you know you are in safe hands. CJCH will be my go to solicitors from now on.
Just completed an unexpected and very uncomplicated sale in less than 7 weeks. Victoria Minor the Conveyancing Administrator, was exceptional in her communication and handling of the process, resulting in my first discussion with John Moore the solicitor on the last day only. This is my second sale with this practice and both have been handled so efficiently. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic service
I’ve paid them £420 to deal with a simple case. My court hearing was at 3:40 they turned up at 3:45 at the courts when they told me to come 45mins early to speak to the solicitor I paid for, to top it off the solicitor that was late that was suppose to represent me didn’t have a clue about my case as he was called 10 mins before to come and represent me. So all the paperwork and everything I had explained before hand was irrelevant it was non existent when we went into the court room. I had the worst possible out come. Their excuse was a computer error even tho I spoke to the solicitors the day before just to give them the heads up. Worst solicitors I’ve dealt with by far. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. They just want the money. I advise anyone who goes with these to be careful. I’m going todo what it takes to get some sort of refund. As I could’ve represented myself and would’ve 100% had a better outcome. Disgusting.

Gives poor legal advise and solicitors and staff are very rude and does legal aid fraud I won't be using CJCH Solicitors anymore I have a way better solicitors who gives better legal advise and they are outstanding don't use CJCH Solicitors as they do legal aid fraud and gives poor legal advise i've taken my case to the legal ombudsman.
