   Sent a parcel in March-2022, three dairymilk chocolate were eat by rats. On contacting AtoZ they told me they would give me 5 pound discount only if I sent another parcel with them. Sent another parcel in March-2023, AtoZ did not give response on whereabout my parcel was. The parcel reached after 15days. I had sent 2.5Kg of Lindor chocolates, all went melted and were of no use (It was worth 48pounds). Very poor service. Me not sending any parcel through AtoZ in future is not going to affect them. Once you pay the charges for the parcel, AtoZ are not concerned about the service, they don't take any responsibilities.
