   Scam services , would advice to stay away from them. Instead go for reputed services like Bluedart , they charge what they promise unlike A2z which charge unnecessary once they have your boxes

   They open packed parcels of customers and thefting some things and expensive products those are small. They told me for £5 per kg but when we send 5kg they demand £45 but according to their talking it must be £25 for 5kg. I send the parcel for the first time but no all items my family found in the parcel that I had sent . Even my parcel is open by a to z parcel shop . I know that's their duty but why the pick some items from parcel without informing customers??

   Imran is truly genuine and professionally well equipped and goes out of the way to help his customers. He kept waiting for more than half an hour (after the usual closing time) at his office to help us with our consignment. This was the first time we had used this service and to be honest we were quite skeptical initially however I must say this that we were given solid professional advise regarding weight slabs, charges, duty, declaration, AtoZ app, tracking and every little detail about how international logistics works and so on. The very next day we got the pictures sent of how everything was neatly and securely packed in a strong carton, and we were also given estimated delivery date with an assurance that there would be no extra levy of any kind at the destination country. On the 11thday parcel was duly received without a single issue at all. We had almost 30 different type of precious branded (kids/adults) clothing inside the parcel and I am so pleased to say that everything was intact at the detsination. I cant praise the guy and ofcourse the service enough....7 stars and also assurance that we will be their permanent customers for life....All the very best ...God Bless

   Initially, they demanded £5 per Kg. After picking the parcel, they gave me a call and demanded £7.5 per Kg. As I stay in Coventry, I felt it is better to pay extra £2.5 per Kg rather than travelling all the way to Leicester to cancel the order and collect my parcel back. After 25days I received my parcel and I was shocked after seeing the condition of my stuff. Without my permission, they opened my packed parcel and strangled all my stuff in a new small box. As you can see most of my stuff is broken and all my books and clothes are completely damaged. Stay away from this company. Imran is not a genuine guy.
