   Would leave a 0 if i could. These solicitors are awful, they drag your sentencing out for as long as possible so they get paid more. They dont have your best interests at all. the way they 'represent' people is inhumain would not recommend unless you want to be treated like anything other than a human. Especially if your barrister is Adam, they do not care about you or your mental health at all, all they care about is adjourning your trial as many times as possible so they can get more money. stay away!

   We used CJCH Solicitors after our estate agent recommended them for the sale of our property and the purchase of another. Ffion and Natalie dealt with our case and they were brilliant the whole way through, especially after our buyers solicitors caused a few issues which delayed the completion longer than needed. They constantly kept us up to date, emails were responded to very quickly and we are grateful for their patience with us chasing for updates. They were brilliant and we would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

   Like a previous review I accidentally parked in one of "their" parking bays at Cardiff whilst visiting another business. I had placed a note in my car to say where I was in case there was an issue. There were at least 5 bays clear with the same signage. On my return I was verbally abused by a man and told he had taken my registration and would be issuing a penalty notice... True to his word I recieved the fine. Absolutely gobsmacked that a 'professional' would behave in this petty way especially so publicly towards a potential customer / client. I'd understand if I had purposefully used the space or if I had used their only space, but the 5 or so bays were still clear when he approached me. Unsure why I wasn't just told of my error, to which I had hugely apologised. Really not impressed by this business at all.

   We have just eventually completed a house sale using CJCH Solicitors who have been exceptionally good in dealing with the difficulties of the lease holders and property management company. From our initial enquiry for a quotation the communication has been excellent from start to finish. Our quotation was received almost immediately from Victoria Minor - Conveyancing Administrator and once we agreed to instruct CJCH Solicitors to act for us. We received details regarding the team responsible which was Natalie Summers - Head of Conveyancing and Ffion Barnett – Paralegal. Being based in Barry with a Barry office we chose CJCH and did get confused initially when we found the phone was answered at the Cardiff office and our team were located in the blackwood office, but don’t let this put you off as it made no difference at any stage of the sale. My wife and I are grateful for the commitment and completion of the sale and the practice should recognise the great team effort by all 3. Based on this experience and the value for money, we are happy to recommend this practice and won’t hesitate to use again.
