   Sal was absolutely Brilliant!! He picked a patient up from Myton Hospice to take her on a visit home. He was kind and gentle and manoeuvred her wheelchair with no issues. His patient and caring way completely put the lady in question at ease. She was singing his praises when she got back! Thank you so much for your superb service. Very highly recommended.

   Genuinely can not thank Sal enough. Arranged the transport of a disabled passenger through him, didn't think it was possible to transport this person with such specific needs. Spoke to Sal on several occasions to ensure the wheelchair would fit and he bent over backwards to help. His communication throughout was amazing and he was such a friendly helpful person. I cannot put into words how greatful we are.

   Used this company to take us to and return from Resorts World to save us the stress of driving and parking and so glad we did! Reasonably priced, Abi was so helpful and friendly and arrived on time both times. Definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future.    Would highly recommend. We booked Sal to take grandparents (one very elderly with poor mobility) from my son's wedding in Rugby, back to Solihull. Communication beforehand was efficient and detailed and we felt encouraged by Sal's concern for his passengers. The price quoted was fixed and fair. Confirmation was given the day before the wedding, and on the day, Sal arrived early and texted us to say he had reached the venue. He was polite and respectful at all times and helped us ensure the passengers were seated safely before he set off. Less than an hour later, I received another text to say he had dropped them safely and helped them disembark. Our relatives were very complimentary about the whole experience and delighted with Sal's manners. Reassured, we were able to enjoy the evening celebrations without worry. Thank you Sal, your customer service was second to none.

   I have used this taxi service a couple of times recently and will continue to use it when I'm in need. Very friendly gentleman who helps me load and unload the pushchair and shopping bags. Polite and friendly conversation during the journey. And parks in a safe and comfortable place to unload the children. :)
