   Avoid! Pre-booked in advance, got a whole load of spam texts and then they messaged to cancel 1 minute after the booked time, when we were all standing outside on the pavement waiting to be collected. When I called to ask why, they said there was an event on so we were busy (the event we had booked to go to!). They finally found another taxi which would arrive half an hour after the booking. The staff were rude and unhelpful- we took an uber instead.

   I arrived at the time of the booking and saw the driver drive off with someone else. Then was told they marked a no show saying I wasn't there. Absolutely ridiculous.

   I'm not using this company again. The office told me £40 and the taxi driver to change me £50 and he meant to give me some cash back to me but instead he ketp it. And he was rude and clearly doesn't know how to driver on a mortway or a normal road. It took me and my friends a good hour to get back to Hinckley.

   had called twice both times the lady was rude, told me the driver called to say they were here both they had never shown up nor had called to say they are were. and got called a liar by the member of staff on the phone, as i explained we need assistance to come into the GP surgery to help the lady get in

   The website advertised being open 24/7 and encouraged booking in advanced. However, when I phoned them to book a taxi for 5am, I was told, in a very blunt manner, that it wasn't an option. Instead, I was instructed to call just an hour before and hope there would be a taxi available. This is a very strange practice especially when you're relying on a taxi for a flight at an unusually time.

   Waited for almost an hour, rang multiple times to be told the taxi is about a minute away. This went on for about 20 minutes before I gave up. Rubbish customer service and to top it off there is no refund policy set up. Joke of a buisness

   Taxi in Coventry is a disaster. Not available or not coming at all. I had to change to Uber, no other way.

   Allens Taxi company has been around for years. First name that comes to mind. State, I do not use Uber or other company although it seems every cab comes from Wolverhampton.
