First time using this company and had an awful experience. I rarely leave bad reviews however want to ensure that others are aware of their shocking service. I pre-booked a taxi the day before to guarantee the service, as I was needing to catch a train to London. Enroute pre-authorised my card which I thought was acceptable given I had pre-booked. 10 minutes before my taxi was due to arrive they called and asked me to pay now via a payment link. I wasn’t comfortable with this, especially given they already had my card details, so advised I would pay the driver directly. 2 minutes before the pick up time I still had no assigned driver, so I called to ask what was happening and they advised they were still locating a driver! The operator had no customer service skills and didn’t really seam bothered even though I said I now may miss my train. If I’m honest it felt like a complete scam. Please avoid this company.

Terrible taxi service. I pre-booked my ride a day in advance and they cancelled at the very last minute. I tried reaching customer support, but got no response. They could have at least informed me earlier about the cancellation so I could make alternative arrangements. Very unprofessional.

Really disappointed with this company. Ordered a taxi and informed them I had an infant child with me. I waited over 25 minutes after being told initially my taxi would arrive 10 minutes after ordering and was then given another timeframe of 2 minutes wait when I had to call again to inform them of the late arrival. I then called again to have the operator decline my call and then point blank ignore my calls multiple times. It is highly unlikely that a company service telephone line just rings out multiple times in a row, which leads me to believe my call was purposely declined and then ignored after multiple attempts of trying to engage with them. This is diabolical customer service and I will not use this company ever again.

Just rang up for a taxi to work the journey is 3.7 mile, his attitude was appalling to begin with, and then said the price was £17 for a trip that is only £7.09 on uber. I understand regular taxis are a bit more expensive which I expected but an extra £10 on the price tag for a short journey is ridiculous. Safe to say I didn’t take the taxi, and got sorted out an uber instead, no wonder uber drivers are taking over when the normal price for a taxi is over double for a short journey.

The driver asked for my mobile phone to verify the trip when he arrived, but he also gave it a five-star rating without my knowledge. I asked him if he did it, and he denied the rating for me. I would give him a five-star rating if he was honest.

Was stranded at CV7 at the service station in Coventry and I rang all the Coventry taxis firms and they all let me down, other than Enroute Taxis. Lewis taxis kept saying to me 5 mins but ended up not coming & so did central taxis. Not happy with their service at all, especially for my first time in Coventry.
