   I have used this company a number of times due to my Motability vehicle being off the road for repair and they have been outstanding. I have had the same driver each time who is courteous and very helpful and understanding. The vehicles are clean and easily access for a wheelchair or mobility scooter if requested .A great service all round , thank you Yellow Taxis

   Trains from Redditch all cancelled again The top very helpful taxi driver helped my disabled partner and mobility scooter onto his lovely taxi, and was so helpful as she had be messed around by the train staff for over 3 hours. A lovely clean perfect taxi perfect service from Yellow taxi Coventry can't thank you enough .

   Left waiting with a wheelchair user , no notification that taxi wasn’t going to turn up! Mums first trip out in 8weeks ruined as we didn’t get to our table reservation! Do not recommend this taxi service atall if I could leave 0 stars I would!

   Drivers are nice but staff are very rude. They turn up half an hour late and make you miss your train :) the staff are so so rude and claim that you never even booked, call you a liar and shout at you. Cheers guys!

   Have used several times for hospital runs with wheelchair user. The driver has always been on time and obliging. Competitive prices. Will continue to use and recommend. PS If you do have a wheelchair user, please mention when calling as they always try to provide a larger cab if possible.
