Twice in two weeks my wife has used this company. The first time the guy showed up late. he went a different route to other drivers my wife has used and when she asked him he was extremely rude to my wife the whole trip to work. Saying "some customers are just so rude at this time of day". This was at 6am, and after the trip he parked in a non-parking location at my wife's work and had the audacity to have an arguement with her boss when politely asked not to park there next time. And today having no other choice because everywhere else had nothing available the driver just never arrived making my wife late. No phone call no warning just never showed up!
