Turned up 30 mins early. Rang to see where we were. We said you are early you need to come back at the agreed time. They said they would and then didnt bother turning up at all! Avoid this company.

I booked a taxi the evening before for 615 am. The guy called me at 525 to confirm the taxi. Obviously I was still asleep so he cancelled the taxi. I missed my non refundable train and lost almost 50 quid. Why would yoy need to confirm when I booked less than 12 hours before. And who answers the phone at that time
