    I booked a wheelchair taxi for a Sunday to collect and take us back. This was confirmed by M1 Taxis. They arrived and took us to our destination. The taxi was booked for the return. The driver told me he would be finished at the time we needed to go back but said if I rang I would be given another driver. When I rang M1 Taxis I was told they did not have any wheelchair taxis on a Sunday afternoon. I was told by M1 to ring another taxi firm. I was left with a 97 year old invalid in the cold. Eventually I managed to get a taxi to take us back but had to wait for over an hour as they had another wheelchair fair. At least they turned up in a far nicer vehicle. I would never use M1 taxis again.

    I’ve been using MI Taxi Services Manager for years now, and I can confidently say it’s the best and most reasonably priced car repair service I’ve ever come across. Usmaan bhai is a genuinely great guy – honest, helpful and extremely professional. What really sets them apart is their work ethic and long-term commitment to customers. They take care of the cars they repair as if they were their own, even years after the job. I had a small repair done about three years ago, and recently the same issue reappeared. When I went back, they fixed it completely free of cost, without any hesitation. I’ve never seen that level of integrity and customer focus anywhere else. If you want high-quality work, fair pricing, and people you can actually trust, this is the place to go for your car repairs. Highly recommended.

    Booked and paid for taxi. Didn't arrive. Called and the operator said it was marked as completed. I said it definitely wasn't complete. It was a school collection due to safeguarding issues and had asked them to park in the car park for our safety. The fact they didn't arrive made us unsafe and vulnerable. It also made me very late for work. Taxi driver was dirty and smelt really bad when we were eventually sent another driver. Won't be using again.

    We ordered 2x 8 seaters to take 10 of us and all our luggage to and from Birmingham airport (1 week later for the return). It was easy to book and had text confirmation to put our minds at ease knowing it was all sorted. Both taxis arrived at 2am to take us to the airport promptly (early infact, but were fine to wait until booked time). They got us to the airport safely and in a timely manner. Both drivers were very pleasant and polite. Made this part of our holiday seamless and stress free. Being picked up at both locations on time with no waiting wondering where they were. We were even delayed coming home on the plane and they texted to keep in touch with me to check how we were doing in arrivals getting our luggage. Would book again as they proved to be reliable and affordable. Thanks MI

    They'll not give you a quote, and tell you there is a a maximum amount, but you'll end up paying more than the maximum. Haha. I felt ripped off today after making a trip I have made several times but paid a ridiculously high price!!

    Always kind and quick to arrive. Only once have MI said that they didn't have a taxi available and it was because it was the school rush. The new phone system can be quite confusing the first time.

    Shocking experience. Booked 2 x 8 seater for a party to coventry 2 weeks ago. Got a call when they were meant to arrive that only one would be arriving and he was 30 minutes late. Didn't do anything to sort the issue even though we PRE BOOKED! We also had them booked to bring us back at 5pm to get multiple calls that they didn't know how to get to us after explaining multiple times. To the point we were 30 minutes in and still hadn't picked us up! Ended up spending double on an uber because they are rubbish!!! AVOID unless you want disappointment!

    Exceptional service for a 4am airport transfer for 7. Driver polite and on time, comfortable smooth ride, and they stored the child seats while we were away for use on the return leg. Brilliant!
