   Booked a taxi for last Friday night and as i live at 152 thats where it was ordered from, it was late but then had a phone call saying he was at 144 where are we, i really dont think 152 sounds like 144 and then the taxi we booked to come home was 30 minutes late. Do not bother using this firm they are a disgrace. 1star given as i cannot give a zero

   Booked a scheduled pickup with take.me for my daughter’s Friday school collection — they didn’t turn up. No call, no update. I had to ring them myself and chase it up, only to be told they couldn’t find a driver, despite the booking being made well in advance. This is completely unacceptable when you’re relying on them for something time-sensitive. Thankfully Uber saved the day, but that’s not the point — a pre-booked taxi should actually arrive. I used to use Crystal Taxis before they transitioned to take.me and they were reliable, but the service has gone seriously downhill. I won’t be using them again.

   Driver did not even bother to turn up. Had to resort to taking my own car to the station so not to miss my train. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

   Ordered for 8:30 ,still not arrived by 9:08. Despite several phone calls and being told the driver is 5 minutes away. Had to cancel a hospital appointment. Finally arrived at 9:11. 50 minutes to late.

   Very poor service, my boyfriend and I attended a festival in Leicestershire and needed a taxi for Sunday evening to get to Nuneaton station, I had booked it the night before for 6pm on Sunday. It arrived just over 30mins late and got told there was a misunderstanding. Won't be using this company again if we come back to the festival.

   Shambolic organisation. Made a booking for a large group a week before. Confirmed twice on the day and their drivers still failed to turn up.

   Would always recommend using direct taxis yunis (sorry about spelling) our driver tonight fantastic customer service really lovely gentleman and had to ring to speak to them first didn't have to wait at all to speak to really helpful lady unlike these apps to book a taxi (no human to help when needed or just want to ask a question) brilliant service everytime I only use this company and wouldn't use any other

   I used to be a regular user of direct, until I heard they partnered up with TC, one night after I'd been drinking with friends I'd called direct for a taxi and they send TC unbeknown to me, I don't use TC because of a safeguarding concern I have due to a previous traumatic experience with them causing me to feel unsafe in their cars, safe to say I was mortified when direct did this, will never use them again! TC drivers are rude & the call handlers are happy to give out your location & details including your visitors name and address and put you and your family at risk, now direct are partners with them, so be careful ....avoid avoid avoid.
