We booked Compass Cabs to take us to Birmingham airport and pick us up on our return. Right from making the booking the service was excellent. Our booking was confirmed by text. We were getting picked up at 4am and we received a text 20 minutes before giving us a description of the car and the registration number. Just before 4am we got another text saying the car was outside. The driver was very pleasant and courteous, loading our cases and bags for us. The journey to the airport was very comfortable and got us there in plenty of time. On our return we once again got a text describing the car and the driver phoned us to say he would meet us in the car park. We would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for airport transfers.
Booked Compass Cabs to take a party of 7 from Rugby to Edgbaston with return journey. Communication from Compass Cabs is the one of the best giving you all the information required Silver Renault Traffic with registration. Driver (didn’t get name) was very polite, friendly, professional and courteous driver. The information given from the driver for collection was perfect as the road outside stadium had been closed off. I have used Compass Cabs quite a few times over the years and have never had a problem. Excellent service.
Excellent taxi service, been using them for around 10 years now and they've not once let me or my friends down, currently writing this review in a compass cab as they're taking me home from the airport. Would always recommend compass to friends and family, they always arrive when they say they will and often arrive early. Can't sing their praises enough, all the drivers are fantastic too.
I recently used this taxi company for airport delivery/collection on my recent holiday and found them to be excellent. The booking was promptly confirmed by text, on the days of travelling I was given full details of the car, reg.number, drivers name and confirmed collection time by text. Just before the pick up time I received a message from the driver confirming that he was waiting outside. On arrival at the airport the driver helped myself, my disabled wife, ( who is in a wheelchair,) and our luggage safely into departures and made sure we were in the hands of the airport staff. A similar efficient service was delivered on our return from holiday. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this friendly, efficient company and will definitely be using them for my future journeys.
Compass Cabs have always offered me a prestigious service over the years i’ve been using them. All of their drivers are wonderful and friendly. The vehicles are clean and all members of staff are very professional. I’m constantly recommending them to family and friends. 10/10!
This had used to be a good service and sadly got worse. The driver was 10 minutes late and instead of apologising said that I was putting pressure on her. Not even an apology for getting late and making me miss my booked train. She was then talking to the camera and asking for my job details. Totally not recommending them. A pity, as they used to be really good and efficient about two years ago Following to your prompt reply just to say that your driver had asked me a couple of times about my job title after I had told her that I prefer not to say. Of course, this wasn’t an accusation but as you can hear from the camera chat, she kept on asking creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I have been commuting to Rugby for 16 years and have always had nice daily chats with the drivers. Anyway, I wouldn’t prefer to continue this any further. Thank you for your help so far.
