   Called Dial a Cab at 2 days notice for an early morning pick up, having tried several other companies without success. A pleasant and helpful driver turned up dead on time on the day in a nice clean car, for a very reasonable and competitive price.

   Really impressed. Booked a taxi for my wife. Arrived in time with friendly driver. Unfortunately she left her purse in the cab. After a call to their office l, they rang right back to say the driver had turned round. Purse reunited with 5 mins. Great service from the office and driver!

   Excellent taxi service. Best in Rugby. Always on time. Very polite and accommodating. I have used other taxi services in Rugby who have lied about their availability when booking then when I would call to ask where the taxi I'd booked was they would repeatedly tell me 5 minutes away every five minutes making me late for work. On the rare occasion dial a cab doesn't have availability they simply say that. I have not strayed from this service since I found it.

   Really reliable punctual, efficient & friendly service from both drivers to and fro Birmingham airport. We decided to treat ourselves as it makes a lovely start and end to our holidays instead of parking at the airport. We booked ahead for peace of mind and conveniently were able to chose to pay in advance. We emailed them for quotes and had an immediate response. We shall use you again for all our holiday flights thank you.

   I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to the wonderful female driver who took my mum from Rugby to Highwycombe for my sisters funeral, it took a massive weight off my mind, knowing how caring and lovely the driver was. Would highly recommend this company.

   Just been spoken to very rudely by a lady who has been there for some time and a man who is equally as rude, simply for asking as to why I can't get a taxi at 7:00pm on a Wednesday evening. Appharently is down to a lack of drivers and regular customers. I have been a regular cistomer in the past and always call Dial a cab first. I do recall once there being miscommunication on a taxi I believed was booked for pm but text confirmation was am however I jad the courtesy to call them to ammend this. I have asked if there is a personal reason but apparently not, however I find this hard to believe, as when I asked about taxis on other days they are not very forthcoming. I think they may have lost a male member of staff who was very pleasent and helpful, it's a shame they haven't found a someone with the same level of customer service. Very disappointing to say the least. I'm hopeful for a satisfactory response from management.

   I was disgusted by the behaviour of the 'lady' taxi driver at Lidl yesterday. After indicating I wished to use the last disability space she reversed into it & refused to leave it. She did not have a disability badge. She excused her behaviour by saying the next car had no badge & a member of her family had died on Monday! Despite another customer telling her she should move, she still refused and finished off by telling me to F... off in front of my 86 year old mother!! The office was no better as they dropped my call when I phoned to complain. I will be in touch with Rugby Council tomorrow to complain as she did not act in an appropriate manner at all. I would not use their services after this if you paid me
