I booked with Sky Taxis to transfer my Mum to a new care home. She is in a wheelchair. The driver was so kind and helpful with the transfer and making her secure in the taxi. Thank you.
Showed up 35 minutes late for a pre booked taxi. Then for the pre booked return trip, said they had no taxis available for the next hour! Absolutely shocking. Would never trust this company to get you anywhere on time.
Yusef took me from Coventry to Cornwall last week in his taxi. He was fantastic - safe driver and wonderful company. Book him to take you next time you don’t want to drive anywhere!
Promised to be in couple of minutes - came in 40 minutes Driver also got lost on its way twice, i have missed my train.

Was advised 10 mins wait for a cab. 20 minutes later and after calling once already it still hadn't arrived. Judging by the route he was taking both times I called he must have done 2 more extra jobs before he got to me not caring that I had double the wait time. Wouldn't bother using them again when there more consistently reliable companies out there.
