Orders a taxi at 5:30pm came at 5:40pm got in the taxi the man was chatty also talking about my personal life and he said he knows who I go and visit when he drops me off he also said that you will be surprised about how much us taxi drivers know about people we pick up then to make it even worse I get out the taxi at 5:59pm and he has the meater on rate 3 and has charged me £12.50. the taxi man said the meater changes at 6pm well it wasn't 6pm and it's not even Christmas eve so I called up the base and I have sent an email to the head office so hopefully something gets done as I have used this taxi company for 6 years I am not happy it's wrong

Am based out of Rugby and after booking the cab with my own account with them which has been used for 3 hrs they are not ready to send the Cab and excuse is their booking service is down. Use some other cabs if you want to go some place on time without these lame excuses

I rugby for a taxi and it was automated the taxi arrived and couldn't have known where I was going and at to go 5 minutes down the road and he said OK but I also asked to be a return but he refused to bring me back because he said they didn't tell him from the office. Even tho I had the money I had to walk home in the rain. Definitely won't be using again.

Tried to book a cab on Friday afternoon for Monday morning was told by the ignorant operator no fully booked before I had a chance to say what time I wanted it. I pointed this out to him then then told him what time I wanted it 9.15 to 20 past. I was told no fully booked. I don't think the company should be employing this ignorant person his people skills is nonexistent. I will not be using this company again.

Absolutely shocking service. The taxi did not turn up at the agreed location so after 45 minutes of waiting another taxi arrived after numerous phone calls. The second driver then drove off when we asked if the fee would be the same despite being almost an hour late. I then phoned multiple times only to be hung up on by the receptionist. In the end we had to use another company and were an hour and a half late. I will never use this company again and urge anyone else to do the same.
