You have had my parcel for 5 days I’ve opened a case and I was told evri would contact me within 24 hours I’ve still heard nothing and status on the evri app hasn’t changed where is my parcel ?????

Worst customer service. I returned a parcel and the lad at the till was extremely rude. It was my first time returning a parcel and he was antagonising me when i asked a question on how to initiate the return. At the end, i asked him thats all and he disregarded me and refused to give me a confirmation receipt. They all seem entitled and should be fired.

Evri collected a parcel from me over 5 weeks ago to be returned to Amazon, Amazon have still not received it and received it and have taken money out of my account to cover the cost of the item . WHAT'S GOING ON EVRI?

Nearly always get a very helpful and friendly service here. My evri parcel went missing (Evri's fault) and the parcel shop staff did everything they could to find out where it was. Turned out evri still had it but mistakenly reported it as delivered when it hadn't been! Evri 0 - parcel shop 5
