   I definitely recommend Lindsay! She was really a good listener and takes key notes on what we say and remembers it all through the treatment. She was very quick in finding out the issue and suggested EMDR. Initially i was not very comfortable with EMDR however the changes it has brought in my day to day life was remarkable. I have taken up few online counselling sessions before but they were concentrating on a specific problem and talk through it which was not very helpful. The EMDR's i went through with Lindsay was very effective and i was able to overcome the difficulties i had within few weeks. She don't jump into conclusions but makes us think about the situation and how we can help ourselves. My overall experience and outcome was excellent! Thank you Lindsay
