   I wasn’t sure what to expect when I visited Caroline for some therapy and was a little apprehensive. I needn’t have been. I was greeted by a lovely lady who offered me a safe and comfortable space to relax into. Very quickly I felt seen, heard and held by her calm and personal approach. I was able to open up completely which I don't find easy due to my recent trauma and resulting PTSD. I left feeling optimistic and so much lighter. The experience was helpful and the decision to return very easily made. Can’t thank Caroline enough for providing that beautiful safe space where I was able to let go of some of my challenges - such an easy person to work with.

   Would highly recommend Caroline. She is a highly professional, personable therapist who puts her clients at ease from the second they enquire. She listens and adapts her sessions to provide an in depth and bespoke therapy service for each client, in a relaxed, calm environment. I can't thank her enough for helping my little one overcome some specific issues and literally changing his life for the better in just a couple of sessions.    I went to Caroline with a dental phobia that I unfortunately had has since childhood. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic and within a few sessions I was that confident i actually went to the dentist and it was completely stress free. Since then I’ve found this has impacted my life in many other ways, from being more productive at work, Being able to think more clearly and sleeping better.    I have had a height phobia for years,but it gradually became worse so I decided to seek help to conquer the fear. I contacted Caroline to see if she could help. Caroline immediately made me feel at ease, her therapy room is calm and relaxing ,and her manner matches the atmosphere she creates. Caroline helped me set realistic target and as 'Go Ape' was on my 'bucket list' we used that as my target. I had 4 sessions with Caroline before booking 'Go Ape'. I thoroughly enjoyed my day there.

   If you’re struggling with anything, I’d highly recommend a course of hypnotherapy with Caroline. Her friendly and calm approach puts you at ease straight away, the surroundings are so well thought out to be relaxing, and the sessions are gently focused to guide you through. She takes the time to listen, and maintains such a positive outlook that you can't help but feel better after one of her hypnotherapy sessions. She's also been really accommodating by offering sessions via Zoom which have worked brilliantly. I was somewhat sceptical at first but can honestly say that I view things much more positively having had a number of sessions with her. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.
