   Call Line to the rescue!!!! After a recent fall,leaving me unable to drive,or walk very far my husband and I needed to get to our daughter's graduation........in Nottingham....Dal (from "Call Line", Kenilworth) drove us there and came back for us the next day. Nothing was too much trouble for him and despite the traffic lengthening his outward journey by more than an hour longer than anticipated, he was kind,courteous and reassuring. I highly recommend the services of Call Line!!!

   We used Call Line to take us to Heathrow Airport. Dal arrived promptly and put our very heavy suitcases into the boot of his car. The journey was smooth and comfortable. On our return Dal was waiting for us at the airport and made our journey home very pleasant.

   We had a great service with Call Line and got an airport transfer to Heathrow and back on our return.Dal was prompt and really helpful loading the cases and we had a very comfortable journey arriving at the airport in plenty of time. On the way back Dal was waiting and met us in the terminal and took the bags back to the car for us. Dal is a great driver, he is good company and goes out of his way to provide an excellent service.

   Told taxi would be 10 mins. Half hour later had to ring bk said he was 5 mins away another 20 mins and he pulled up. Then charged £19 for a journey all the other firms charged £9 for. Absolute joke and daylight robbers avoid. we used sapphire taxi after this as recommended by our hotel they were brilliant

   Booked for early flight to BHX and taxi did not turn up or call. Tried calling no answer and no call back. All this after booking and then confirming booking again the night before. We had to drive ourself to the airport and incurs the high parking charges to catch flight in time.

   Was overcharged on a pickup and we complained, they promised no our next trip we would have a free of charge trip, we called this in and they have forgotten and closed ranks. Never ever will I use them again. Shocking company

   Waited over 30 minutes outside a veterinary office with my cat in a kennel only to have them not show up. The ride was even prebooked to reduce hassle. Had to call an Uber which isn’t zoned to carry pets.

   Professional, friendly and flexible taxi company used several times. Don't usually write reviews but this family run business is worth promoting. We will always use this company for both short and long journeys especially airport runs. They went 'the extra mile' for my mum and dad. Best taxi service ever used.
