If you’re desperate for money then go for it but prepare to be treated like an animal. You're expected to know everything without any training. Job advert stated a good level of English is required, this is a complete lie, you are lucky if any of the workers speak English/ are able to speak English.

It’s been incredibly frustrating working here because management clearly prefers their own people over the rest of us. No matter how much effort I put in, it feels like they don’t acknowledge it, while others, just because they share the same ethnicity as the managers, get treated better and recognized more easily. On top of that, the people who are supposed to be managing us know little to no English, which just adds to the headache. It’s hard to get anything done properly when there’s such a huge communication gap, and it makes the whole environment stressful and unappreciative.

Only positive I can say is that it's relaxed compared to other companies nearby. However management have poor communication with staff, most don't even speak English at all which is why the mainly get the long haired fella to pass on instructions to the workers because the management struggle to do that on their own. Because communication is poor most workers end up doing the work incorrectly so the long haired fella has to repeat it clearer to the workers. Be prepared to be spoken to in broken English, you're ignored most of the time when you have a query regarding your work. I was let go after I called in sick for 4 days. I had a really bad flu and they still didn't care. They didn't give me a clear reason to why they were letting me go. I've heard they have a habit of letting people go randomly. So beware of that when applying for work here.

No driver facilities except for a thunder box (porta loo) with no water. No coffee machine and to top it off 4 hours to load. Nice office staff though.
