   When you have 15 cameras and a doorbell camera pretty sure you can’t say you attempted delivery-you clearly did NOT! not the first time usually every delivery they fail change or lie! It’s a joke now ! To go lie is why I’ve come and wrote a review- honesty is best policy! Try to be better.

   Was supposed to except a parcel today which contains parts for my engineers to work tomorrow. Time of delivery was 3-5pm, then moved to 4.30-6.30pm. Looking on tracking the van has not moved!! Not received my parts yet as of 7.50pm no body to speak to! Not the first time this has happened

   Apparently I missed the delivery even though I was sat next to my front door . Was an important order of new company uniforms for a meeting Monday morning . Was told he would come back but he didn’t . Do NOT use this company they are lazy and incompetent. Will be making a formal complaint

   Such a rubbish company! Apparently they attempted to deliver when my office is next to my front door in a bungalow. Called the depot basically called me a liar and he might come back he might not. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

   We get great service from our regular driver Paul that comes to collect from us. Our only negative with parcelrite is if a parcel gets damaged the claims department make it impossible to claim for damages.

   A parcel was sent to my old address in error. The sender paid for a signed for service. The driver fraudulently signed my name and left the parcel in the porch. Had he not done this we would have been able to retrieve the parcel. I've complained and heard nothing back. This is fraud. I want my items back or my money reimbursed.
